IECertify is a California-based, family-owned Professional Engineering firm.
We're known for manufactured home foundation certifications that satisfy FHA/HUD/VA lender requirements statewide—and we also provide forensic structural evaluations and other residential engineering solutions locally.
We verify compliance with HUD's Permanent Foundations Guide for Manufactured Housing (PFGMH) and deliver lender-friendly reports with fast turnaround. Beyond certifications, our engineers investigate structural concerns in residential homes, including cracks, settlement, moisture issues, and framing concerns, then provide practical repair recommendations and, when needed, calculations/drawings for permitting.

Christy is an engineering graduate from California State University, Northridge. She has been performing foundation investigations and civil engineering since 2020. Her genuine passion for people, combined with her commitment to service, has allowed her to build a reputation as a trusted professional.
Josh Runnion, PE
California & Oregon Licensed Professional Civil Engineer
Josh is a Civil Engineer with a Professional Engineering license in both California and Oregon since 2006. A graduate of CalPoly, San Luis Obispo, Josh has a strong background in construction, inspection, and structural engineering, with over 25 years in the business and inspections and civil/structural engineering since 2004.

How it started
Christy and Josh met in 1998 during a college field trip to the Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, California. Though the trip was branded as an outing for the Society of Women Engineers, Josh happily tagged along for the… academic experience… and "sat next to the prettiest girl on the bus." They were married in July of 2002.
